Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage with us. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. – this gives us enough time to prepare everything for the next guests. If you would like to check out later, just let us know – we are sure to find a solution!

We have one room that has been designed for barrier-free use. Please feel free to ask us about this in person.

Yes, use of the sauna and wellness area is included in the room price.
The sauna area is available from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Yes, it is possible to travel here by public transport.
Depending on which direction you are coming from, there are different stops available.

From Innsbruck/Kufstein/Kitzbühel:
Depending on the connection, either
– Bus stop “Reit im Winkl Rathaus”. Then it’s about a 10-minute walk to us. Or
– Bus stop “Tourist-Info, Reit im Winkl”. Then it’s about a 2-minute walk to us.

From Munich or Salzburg:
– Bus stop “Tourist-Info, Reit im Winkl”. Then it’s about a 2-minute walk to us.

Our reception desk is staffed daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. If you have any questions outside of these hours, our reception desk can be reached by phone 24 hours a day.

Yes, of course – we want you to feel completely at home here. Coffee, tea, and fresh fruit are available free of charge at any time. In addition, we offer small cakes and fine pastries in the afternoon – for a cozy break in between.

Still or sparkling water, chilled or not, is also available at any time free of charge. And if you fancy something special: our Maxibar at reception offers a selection of chilled (alcoholic) drinks, which are available for a fee.

Whether after a sauna session, before dinner, or simply in between – we will take care of your physical well-being.
